The most children eating Noah's pudding simultaneously : As a part of TRT 23rd İnternational children festival from 39 countries of 5 continent have met in izmir/Türkiye. And all asure igridients brought by the children from all over the world have been cooked together in the facility of Bolulu Hasan Usta. And this delicious desert’s eaten by the 2100 children in the “Cumhuriyet square”. So another record attepmt has been accomplished as “eating asure with many children at the same time “Ashure (in Turkish: Aşure) or Noah's Pudding is a Turkish dessert that is made of a mixture consisting of grains, fruits and nuts. Ashure is a part of the culinary tradition of Türkiye as well as many of the surrounding countries.
